We can not thank you enough for all the care, kindness and love that you and all the workers showed my mother. Using your service to provide her with twice daily visits at the hospital made her days much more enjoyable for her. It gave her something to look forward to every day – she knew she would have some visitors daily. It gave me great comfort knowing how well she was being looked after while I was far away from her.
All the workers went above and beyond in their attention to my mother. They made her feel so important and special. Bringing her the newspaper everyday made her life more normal. Wheeling her around allowed her to see the outside world from the windows and see how the weather was. The visits allowed her the opportunity to talk with other people. All these things fill the void when a person is hospitalized. When I did manage to talk to my mother on the phone, she would tell me not to worry about her as the “girls” would be in shortly to be with her. I soon learned that the “girls” were your workers.
Your service is something that people need to know more about. It is one of the world’s best kept secrets. It can play such an important part of a hospitalized patient’s recovery process.
All the workers adored my mother that showed in everything they did for her. It was very evident in the care she received the last few days. For that, the family will be always truly grateful.
